In a bid to minimise physical contact with guests, Roseate Hotels and Resorts has launched ‘Care by Roseate’; believably a novel approach towards instilling confidence among its customers about their safety while staying and dining at restaurants across their six properties in India and UK.

Under this initiative, the ‘Care by Roseate’ app offers a touchless experience making facilities of Roseate Hotels & Resorts available to guests and selectively available to non-hotel guests with just a few clicks. Users of the app can digitally check into a Roseate hotel/ resort by uploading all the documents and providing all the details required by the hotel. Users can order from restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more at the hotel or order food to a serviceable address outside the hotel with easy online payments. Our solution supports an array of touch-less experiences covering key services offered at the hotel/resort like laundry, housekeeping requests, spa bookings, concierge etc., ensuring minimum contact engagement.
