FAQs

1. My Aquavisor® doesn’t receive any SMS messages, what am I doing wrong?

First, doublecheck the basic parts:

• correct the CU number – don’t be afraid to include a country number prefix, Aquavisor® can work with them

• allowed permissions – some brands have more than two states of permissions, please use only allowed/not allowed

Secondly, check if your phone contains AutoStart or a similar applications component for blocking background services and receivers. If so, please allow background run of Aquavisor® in such settings.

2. I don’t prefer any of current language options. Is there a chance for Aquavisor® to be translated into my language?

We are very much looking for expanding Aquavisor® usage options to as many countries as possible. Therefore, we encourage you to contact us about your preferred language and how we could make the translation happen.

3. I have some ideas for improvement or changes to Aquavisor®. Can I contact you?

Absolutely! Our goal is to create as much a user-friendly application as possible, so please tell us your opinion and we’ll see what we can do.

4. I’ve sent a message but the control unit isn’t responding. How can I be sure it is not Aquavisor´s fault?

Please check your default SMS manager for state of SMS you tried to send. If it says that message was indeed sent, there might be a problem with your control unit.

PERMISSIONS

• "Read/Write to Storage": Restore/backup data or load images of control units.

• "Access location": Allows access to precise/approximate location of device.

• "Receive SMS": Intercept incoming SMS messages and copy information to application.

• "Read SMS": Import SMS messages from devices memory.

• "Send SMS": Send SMS messages to control units.

• "Call Phone":Call contact person or give a ring to control unit.

• "Read Phone State": Read state of outgoing calls and send messages on Android 8.0.

• "Read/Write to Calendar": Check existence of application calendar. Synchronize job data with calendar created in device.

• "Boot Completed": Start background job manager on device boot.

• "Camera": Take photos of control units using device camera.
