Amaze is a telemedicine service that is available for either a one-time visit fee or as a monthly subscription that provides unlimited telemedicine for the whole family.

Amaze's highly collaborative medical team includes doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Amaze can provide screening, diagnoses, and treatment promptly and efficiently. If it is determined that you need to be seen at an Urgent Care or Emergency Room, Amaze will streamline the process, calling ahead to ensure you are seen.

Amaze's single visit fee include unlimited follow-up for a month.

No insurance is required.
