八肢工坊座落於左營高鐵站附近，秉持瑜珈本質、堅持傳統授課，以身心素質提升為教學方針，如實呈現各流派經典風格。合法商業登記/國際師資證照/場地安全保險/防火標章

八肢工坊係以傳統徒手練習派系為主的專業瑜珈教室，秉持瑜珈核心價值、提升身體素質為目標，堅持傳統傳承精神，分享瑜珈經驗。

工坊內的指導師，皆具備多張國際級師資證照、雙語教學能力、定期出國進修、以及多年堅定的自我習練態度。

指導師皆為全職瑜珈老師，能全心致力於課程編排、細部指導、調整溝通。並具備多年教學經驗，能客觀答覆練習者所有關於瑜珈練習的疑難雜症。

我們秉持一貫專業、不藏私、不比較、不批評的態度，知無不言、言無不盡向所有學員們分享瑜珈經驗。

About our Light instructors-

We are all about Ashtanga, Universal, and Flow. These three different styles of yoga are united by only one true core value: mind-body connection.

We do not believe one particular style of yoga is better than another, we all strive to provide a comprehensive system that brings students strength and clarity.

Our experienced instructors are dedicated to the study and teaching of yoga to aid in the evolution of everyone’s yoga journey.

All of our instructors are RYS certified, professionally educated, and passionate about sharing yoga knowledge with our students. All three instructors are able to instruct classes bilingually.

At Light Yoga we are committed to offering quality yoga classes. We wish to serve the interests of our students by performing our best work without any judgement or pressure, only with compassion and integrity.
