Welcome to Auckland University of Technology’s Treaty of Waitangi – a paper designed as a mobile application offered by Te Ara Poutama, the Faculty of Māori and Indigenous Development.

This App is designed for anyone with an interest in the Treaty of Waitangi and related issues, and aims to give students a broad understanding of the main issues associated with the Treaty, regardless of their background or prior knowledge of this area.

And because it is delivered as a mobile application, it gives students the maximum flexibility, and enhanced one-on-one contact with expert lecturers.

The Treaty of Waitangi is a level-six paper worth fifteen credits towards a bachelor’s degree.
