The Koran is the holy book of the Islamic religion. The Quran is the literal word of Alá, revealed to the prophet Muhammad, for a period of 23 years. Etymologically, the word Koran comes from the Arabic verb which means to decite or recite. Therefore, the Qur'an is a "recitation". It is something that should be recited. Around the world, the Qur'an is one of the most read and published books. There is still the practice, in most Muslim societies, that the Quran is given, not sold.

The Qur'an has 114 chapters or suras, divided into books, sections, parts and verses. 92 of these chapters were revealed to the Prophet Muhammad in the holy city of Mecca, and the other 22 in Medina. Both in Saudi Arabia.

In this application, we provide the Quran both in text, with narration, and in Audio. There are also the schedules of the five Islamic holy prayers for all countries. Usually these prayers should be said in Mecca.
