Divya Singhani, a plus-sized 25 year old, has been devoid of love her entire life. Her businessman father has no time for her and the indifference of her snooty step-mother has driven Divya to find solace in binge eating.

When she meets Aditya Kapoor and falls in love at first sight, she feels her life has finally taken a turn for the good. But when a series of unfortunate events lead her to a heartbreak, she declares she is out of the rat race to look good. To escape the mayhem in her life and pursue her passion for photography, she goes to New York City to live with her grandma for a while.

Her life decides to progress when she meets Owen Ray, a levelheaded gym owner in Brooklyn who seems like a true friend to Divya. But when her past decides to catch up, will she be able to hold on to her friendship with Owen that now sits on shaky ground?

When Owen goes missing without a word, will she be able to unfold the secrets he has up the crevice of his sleeve? With the turn of events, will she be able to hold her sanity and the crumbling world around her?
