    Just think, toga have a transform quirk, it's useless for fighting. So basically she was added, she will be quirkless

      no, she will be able to fight like with her knife. Also like in the ones justice game she will probably be able to turn into the person she's fighting which will be kinda cool

      Toga will have knife, but her knife only drain their blood, nothing more, not like stain. He can paralyze the enemy (there is also aid so she won't do much damage)
