Thinking too much about future and past? What would...? What should...? What if...?

This application will help you to stay Here and Now by providing simple reminders. When your phone vibrates - simply ask yourself the questions:

"Where are you? What time is t?". Here, Now.

It is HIGHLY recommended to turn off other notifications (sounds and especially vibrations for SMS/e-mails/FB messages etc.), because next time your phone vibrates you should not think - is it SMS or an e-mail? Is it time to think about "Here, Now?" You should automatically get into now. Also - getting more 'offline' will definitely help you being more present.

Application is inspired mostly by the books:

"The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle,

"Way of the Peaceful Warrior" by Dan Millman.

You can configure how often the reminder should occur, in what hours (so it doesn't wake you up at night).

The notification in the notification bar lets you dismiss the reminders for one hour or till the next day (in case they distract you in a meeting or at school).
