As of now, clinics are manually reporting data which have challenges such as delay in reporting, low-quality data etc. Thus, it is proposed to create a mobile-based application system to capture real-time data from the source. The software is meant specifically for program team, data entry personnel, and administrators. It, therefore, provides information on hardware requirements at the individual user level, and not for system administrators.

The software is designed to work on any Android compatible Tablet/Mobile, any version beyond Android 4.2. All additional components required by the software are installed automatically. The software handles all requirements of data transfer back and forth. As per the pre-defined user levels, login credentials and access rights has been allocated to program users and administrator. The existing registers or formats will be digitized into an android mobile application to improve data reporting and analyses. Subsequently, Reports and Dashboards will be created by having certain important indicators.
