A non-profit community radio funded by donations and membership, together with "on-air" sponsorship, 91.9 Fresh FM is staffed mainly by volunteers drawn from widely differing backgrounds unified in a common mission. 91.9 Fresh FM is changing lives by broadcasting encouragement and hope to those with needs in our community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Radio knows no boundaries. It goes wherever human needs are present.

The station aims to "Go out into the world uncorrupted, a breath of fresh air in this squalid and polluted society. Provide people with a glimpse of good living and of the living God. Carry the light-giving Message into the night..."
