How can I find out what I really want?

Use the Information section in the app, it will tell you how to choose the desires and dreams that you really want.

How can I see my recorded wishes, since the fields become empty when I log in to apps again?

This is done so that no one will see Your wishes. To see them, just tap: To show my desires.
