So I guess I'm not the only one that has a problem with downloading or updating this game. not only that, how is it that my phone feels like its able to cook eggs on it when you're just downloading. Is it my phone? maybe. but when I finished downloading an in-game file in Genshin Impact (a gargantuan game) its just warm. Ok maybe that is my phone at fault. But the downloading and updating is ridiculous. I'm not going to explain it. shoutout to Syrian Alpechi down in the comment. I have the same problem. You know what i did to fix it? I deleted the game that include an account that isn't binned. Then for some reason it works. just so you know, i deleted my account Twice! (meaning it happened twice) but other then that, the game is Ok. there are some feature that is difficult to go back and can we get a Claim All option in our reward or mission
