I absolutely love this hidden gem.. One of those games I didn't expect to be much of, but what a pleasant surprise when i first loaded up my first game session and couldn't stop playing.

First Strike is a game about nuclear war. It's about building up an arsenal of offensive and defensive weapons and then using them to assert your superiority over the rest of the world. 
You need to build, research, build more, take over neighboring countries, build, research and then the attacking & defending should follow up when you decide to start war or when needing to defend your territories. 
And, when the mood takes you, using those weapons to blow up anyone you don't like.


After you've filled up your silos you'll open the First Strike option. This basically lets you fire as many rockets as you have in range against anyone. 

In games against one opponent these are pretty devastating, but when more nations are involved things become insane! 


It's a fast-paced strategy game of expansion, research, and being a threat or dealing with one. 


I do suggest giving this game a go.. I absolutely love it and hope whoever is reading does to.
