Mudras - the symbolic position of the fingers, eyes, or body - figuratively represent certain states of mind or processes of consciousness. And these same provisions could lead to states of consciousness, which they represent.
Mudra refer to specific areas of the brain (or our soul), and have a corresponding impact on the body and spirit, helping to get rid of their ailments.
