Misericors

“Misericors” is a daily application of mercy, providing you with:

- a mobile platform which helps you perform the acts of mercy – together with the function for active contribution into the application by adding your suggestions of how to perform the acts of mercy;

- motivational memes promoting the attitude of mercy – with the functions „Add to Favorites” and „Push Message”;

- community of people who actively live out mercy – for instance following your friends, sharing content, with prospects for geolocation.

The objectives of the application include:

- providing a device for a multidimensional and more effective coming to aid to those in need;

- promoting the Gospel, the acts and cult of mercy;

- creating virtual framework and paths of communication in the area of charity.

In its form the “Misericors” responds to the following events in the Church:

• the revelation of Merciful Jesus to St. Faustina (+1938) – as its promoter,

• the Jubilee Year of Mercy proclaimed by pope Francis (2016) – as its tool,

• World Youth Day Kraków (2016) – as its preparation and prolongation.
