They are delivered fresh, so all you have to do is heat in microwave safe containers and eat! Perfect for students, professionals, moms, dads, and senior's.

If you would like to change a vegetable or side on a dish please contact us. Not everyone likes broccoli! Meals stay fresh in your fridge for up to a week.
