Application for the Calculation of the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI)

The Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) application is an application to facilitate sports practitioners who use the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) to measure fitness levels from ages 6-19 years.

This application has several features, namely:

1. Automatic Determination of Physical Fitness Level

2. Save Data in Database

3. Export to Excel

4. Send saved data to other apps like Whatsapp, Gmail.

How to use this app:

1. To start the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) please see the test instructions menu.

2. After carrying out the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI), the user can determine the level of physical fitness of the test takers by entering the test results numbers for each data entry in the Data Input menu.

3. If the data has been filled in on the test assessment, then click the PROCESS button to see the level of physical fitness of the test taker.

4. Click the save button to save all the processed data into the database and then the user will be directed to the data page that is stored in the form of a data table.

5. On the saved data page, there are several features.

a. Long press on a cell in a row, then the details of the data that have been saved will appear.

b. Click the excel button if you want to export the data to csv format that can be opened by the excel program

c. Click the blue arrow envelope button to share the saved data to other social media applications, such as whatsapp, facebook etc.

d. If you want to delete one of the data, please click the row number to be deleted and then click the DELETE button.

e. To delete all data click on the DELETE ALL button.
