Labor Law - Digital Legislation (Turkish Labor Law, Legislation System, Law Number: 4857, Date of Adoption: 22/05/2003) - this Law regulates the rights and responsibilities of workers employed based on an employment contract with employers in the Republic of Turkey, regarding working conditions and working environment. . This Law applies to all workplaces, except for the exceptions in Article 4, and to the employers, employer representatives and workers of these workplaces, regardless of their fields of activity. Workplaces, employers, employer representatives and workers are bound by the provisions of this Law regardless of the notification day in Article 3.
