Surah Ar-Rahman is the 55th surah in the Qur'an. This Sura Meccan surah classified letter, composed of 78 verses. Named Ar-Rahmaan means the Most Gracious comes from the Ar-Rahman contained in the first paragraph of this surah. Ar-Rahman is one of the names of God.
