CrossFit Rx for High End Experienced athletes, CrossFit Intermediate, CrossFit Scaled for our athletes that are brand new to CrossFit, and CrossFit Kids. We at STRIVE believe that Athletic Recovery is essential. Our Sports Performance Recovery Lab provides the opportunity for our clients and athletes to Train Like a Professional and Recovery Like a Professional.
