StorePal is built by BrandLoyalty to motivate retail staff during a loyalty campaign, resulting in higher in-store customer engagement. StorePal provides a secure platform that allows its users to complete surveys relevant to their store. These surveys consist of questions about in-store marketing activation, display placement, staff knowledge, stock availability and supplier funded promotions. Answers are supported by real-time shop floor pictures. Pictures are analysed by our state of the art A.I. and rated according to best and worst execution. The data is shown in the retailer dashboard, to be fed back to the stores with recommendations on how to improve the in-store activation. StorePal therefore engages staff, increases store-turnover and ensures great communication between the retailer and its staff.
