smARTplaces is a visionary, long-term European audience development project aiming to revolutionize the way culture and art can be perceived and consumed using digital technology and new forms of cultural mediation. The project network comprises eight cultural institutions and two universities from eight countries.

With the smARTplaces application you can connect and interact with museums that are part of the smARTplaces project. People, stories and art from various museums across Europe have been brought together in one app, showing you fresh angles and perspectives.

The app lets you playfully discover various stories from the museum of your choice as well as go on virtual art hunts through the cities.
