About Simple Nonogram

Can you solve all puzzles?

In this Nonogram game, players are presented with a grid of squares, typically ranging from 5x5 to 15x15 in size, though larger grids can be used for more challenging puzzles. Each row and column of the grid has a series of numbers associated with it, which indicate the lengths of consecutive blocks of filled-in cells in that row or column. The player's objective is to use these numerical clues to deduce which cells to fill in and which to leave blank, ultimately revealing a pixelated image hidden within the grid.

Gameplay Mechanics:

Grid: The game grid is made up of a series of square cells that can be either filled in or left blank.

Clues: Numerical clues are given on the top (for columns) and the left side (for rows) of the grid. For example, a clue "3 1" means there is a block of three filled cells followed by at least one blank cell, and then a single filled cell.

Interaction: Players interact with the grid by clicking or tapping on cells to toggle between filling them in, marking them as empty, or leaving them undecided. Players can also mark cells with a cross to indicate they are certain that cell is blank, which helps in solving the puzzle.

Feedback: The game provides feedback in real-time, letting players know if they’ve made an error, or only when they complete the puzzle, depending on the difficulty setting.

Levels: The game includes multiple levels with varying grid sizes and complexity, starting from simple 5x5 grids for beginners and progressing to larger, more intricate puzzles for advanced players.

Themes: Each puzzle reveals a pixel art image once completed, with themes ranging from animals and objects to more abstract designs. Players can unlock new themes and image sets as they progress through the game.

Aesthetic and Design: The visual design of the game is minimalist, with clean lines and a simple color palette to keep the focus on the puzzle itself. The interface is intuitive, with clearly labeled buttons and responsive controls. The grid and clues are prominently displayed.
