School law goes microlearning - learning in small learning units and short steps, independent of time and place, as you wish on smartphones and tablets or on the PC: targeted and adapted to individual learning progress. The microlearning app "School Law" wants to give head teachers in particular, but also everyone else who works in the school or is interested in the topic, well-founded information and uses a language that makes the app easy to read and understand even without legal knowledge . Based on an introduction to school law, topics such as supervisory duties and liability, performance assessment and performance assessment, educational measures, school events and school-related events, rights and obligations of school partners, compulsory schooling, special educational needs, absenteeism from school, organization of the school system, school administration, school hours and holidays are discussed , private schools, teaching work, home education, summer school, objection and complaint options, religion and ethics, new and semester high school (NOST/SOST), final examinations, copyright, data protection law and health in school. The arc therefore ranges from entering school to leaving school after completing compulsory schooling or taking a final examination (e.g. matriculation and diploma examination). Legal questions that arise frequently or are essential for everyday school life are explained using explanatory videos (also in the form of interviews), podcasts, texts and supplements (circular letters, decrees) as well as flashcards with selected school law cases from practice.
