Salmo 111

Great Psalm

1 Hallelujah! I will thank the Lord with all my heart at the meeting of the congregation of the righteous.

2 Great are the works of the Lord; all who appreciate them meditate on them.

3 Their deeds show majesty and splendor, and their righteousness endures forever.

4 He has proclaimed his wonders; the Lord is merciful and compassionate.

5 He gave food to those who feared him, for he always remembers his covenant.

6 He showed his people his mighty deeds, giving them the lands of the nations.

7 The works of his hands are faithful and just; all your precepts deserve confidence.

8 They are firm forever, established in faithfulness and uprightness.

9 He brought redemption to his people, and made his covenant forever. Holy and fearful is your name!

10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; All who fulfill his precepts reveal common sense. He will be praised forever!
