The Safex BAT application - Pulsar, enables load observations of behavior by observers of BAT Chile.

The application, once logged on, enables making records of observations of behavior in the field even without data connection. Records can be uploaded manually or automatically once the connection is restored.

Safex BAT - Pulsar recorded behaviors, barriers, observed tasks, generate forms by area, general observation fields, add comments and evidence, etc.
