The Squad Leader is a mobile application that complements the Army Career Tracker (ACT) and provides extra features Soldiers can have at their fingertips. This Application will allow Enlisted Soldiers and Noncommissioned Officers (NCO) to access Learning and Development tools focused on self-development, experiential learning, education and credentialing. Features of the Squad Leader include: Career Maps, recommended Reading Lists, Professional Military Education and key Publications identified by the MOS Proponents. Currently has 175 MOS's.
