Share WiFi without password. Grant WiFi access in advance for walk in connection

Giving others access to your WiFi networks is often problematic because - (1) You have to remember the password, (2) You have to divulge the password to them, or (3) You have to take their phone into your hand and type the password yourself. With so many passwords to remember, Scenario (1) is a big headache, Scenario (2) straight-away violates the privacy of your WiFi connection and Scenario (3) may cause practical difficulties because you may not be physically present at the location.

ShareFi is a first of its kind app, which allows you to share your WiFi connection with others in a secure manner and without you having to remember the password when you share it! Moreover, it also allows you to share your WiFi connection in advance so that when people walk-in, they are directly connected. Since sharing can happen through any messaging app, email or SMS, the sender and recipient need not be present at the same location as well.

Please note that this is not a HOTSPOT creation or sharing software.

Step 1 - Register your WiFi network on ShareFi. You may have to enter the password of the network while registering

Step 2 - Generate a 1-time use shareable link and share your network configuration with anybody using a messaging app, email or SMS, anywhere across the globe

Step 3 - Recipient can join your WiFi network in advance by consuming the shareable link in the ShareFi app.

ShareFi protects both your privacy and the privacy of your WiFi connection. Login is not required. Just download the app and start using it. You can register and share multiple WiFi networks. As many as you want, only as long as you know their passwords.

Supports: Open networks, WEP, WPA, WPA2 PSK

For addressing SECURITY concerns:

(1) Login is not required. We do not store the personal details of users such as email addresses and passwords. Hence even for hackers, it is not possible to map network information to user profiles because there are no user profiles in the first place.

(2) All shareable links are one-time use links only and they become invalid after being consumed once. For every new share, a new link is generated and previous link is disabled.
