It is published and maintained by PUNYA UTKAL - a leading socio-cultural organization for odia people. It is a brainchild of Mr. Manoranjan Mohapatra, Founder & Chairman of Punya Utkal Foundation. The concept was developed by Mr. Nalini Kanta Das in an association with EDO Informatics Pvt. Ltd.
