No root required. This app uses VPN to block internet access of applications. It redirects blocked app internet traffic to local tunnel interface which goes nowhere. Please accept VPN launch request for first time launch. The app itself doesn't request internet access permission as it doesn't not create internet connection to outside. Please feel safe to use this app. You can easily block or unblock with a single click. The only permission this app requests is access network state, so it can monitor network connectivity changes and restart VPN and apply policy automatically.
