Mission T1D is a free-of-charge app for Android devices that aims to improve understanding of type

1 diabetes and helps to share practical information to better support children living with type 1 diabetes, especially in their school environment.

Mission T1D is a fun, innovative game which takes place in a school setting and features educational messages adapted for kids.

En-route to the player’s birthday party, an angry old man has captured their schoolmates and has locked them up in the school’s tallest tower! The player must run and jump through each of the levels reflecting the daily lives of children at school, freeing their friends to join the birthday party!

Aiming to become Grand Master, players need to catch all stars available to earn the maximum points, they also need to watch educational videos about type 1 diabetes in daily life to unlock each level.

Additionally, players are invited at each level to read the messages from “the sensei” (the wise man of the school) to get a practical understanding of living with type 1 diabetes and test their knowledge by taking the interactive quiz. It is also available for use offline, for example with their teachers in the classroom or with their friends too!

Mission T1D is an innovative solution from Sanofi Diabetes, dedicated to helping enhance communication, understanding and relationships between young people living with type 1 diabetes and the people around them.
