IU Health My Diabetes Tracker was created by Indiana University Health to help IU Health patients and their families manage their diabetes. Designed for you, you will be able to track insulin dosage and blood sugar, set up medication reminders, log nutrition and activity and receive messages from your care team.

IU Health My Diabetes Tracker also provides education material to learn more about diabetes, including quick tips for food, snacking and medications, as well as information about diabetes treatment. The tool is only available to IU Health patients.

Users can log daily meals with the Nutrition module, accessing nutrition facts from a food library with thousands of items. Use a barcode scanner to quickly log items from your pantry or fridge. Keep track of your exercise with our Activity module that syncs with your Fitbit data to report your steps, distance traveled, and calories burned for the day.

Your care team will be able to send you messages and our locations map gives you driving directions to your physician’s office with one click.
