BCiS is a free online input database system for the purpose of data collection and monitoring the energy and water consumption of buildings (houses, offices, commercials, hotels, hospitals and many others) without the complexity of using automatic system. This system is developed and administered by GreenTech Malaysia on behalf of the Government of Malaysia (KeTTHA). Users can access the system by online and obtain consumption performance analysis of their buildings based on their monthly manual data input taken from variety of sources such as electricity bills, Gas Distric Cooling (GDC) bills, and water bills. The accuracy of data displayed will be very much dependent on the user data input, hence correct and regular data update is important.

Now BCiS is available in mobile platform! You can easily keep track of your building’s energy and water consumption and performance with your mobile devices.

Simpler manual data input (add/ edit) access for your energy bills, and water bills.

Track your monthly energy bills and water bills.

Smart meter is not needed (manual data input).

Note: This system is Malaysia centric hence carbon emission value is using Malaysian carbon emission factor constants.
