Doesn't work on huawei y6p. Thought it was already okay because it was already downloading but then it forces to restart

Why is this happening to me . When I play this game ones in a while I get ato out and agin need to reopen it .also I can't access the settings option inside the game when I clicked it the game whent off again need to reopen it

I've been playing this game for 4 years with generation of phones (from Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 to Samsung Galaxy A70), it's addicting! oωo
