I was gonna give it 4 stars but because of the plugins I give it 5 stars. To all the people there complaining that the population of their city is low due to fires, crimes, and diseases are such a skill issue. And they give it a 1 star because of it, wow. But to all the people that put all services and any the population needs but did not spawn in marked zones, you must wait or check the demands, to all people who got like unique bugs.
