Im not satisfied with My Family Cinema, most movies i search are always ' Not Connected '. When we have load shedding or if the electricity trips off I'm unable to continue watching the movie because it is not in the Continue watching list. This app is so frustrating that im considering not to renew my subscription next year.

I bought the family yearly plan in July but my ID says "not renewed" so I can't create different profiles so what's the point in paying for the family plan.....2 months later and still no feedback/assistance from support... really disappointed in the lack of problem solving.
- Irwin Baligod: I think it's because you do not have the latest version of the app. This version was released in July 2021. I think profiles was introduced in 2022.
