Not working in other region. Weird.

Black screen only. Nothing happens. The effects of me pushing screen are there and it even asks me if I want to leave the game when I do, but it is still just a black screen with nothing on it.

I'm having trouble getting passed 60% loading why is that? I've tried reinstalling and downloading the older versions, also clearing cache. How can I play this?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
- M671: I'm using a Huawei nova 7i
- AJ Hope: I also have this and I also use a Huawei. Is it because of that? Since Huawei doesn't support google play and maybe it needs google play?
