Ever since they merged with TMobile, the signal sucks, I can't save my bank debit card to my account on the app or on the website, I've emailed them 3 times about the problem with saving my debit card to make my payments, & they never reply to my emails!! They were better off by themselves before the merge!! I'm a very unhappy customer now!!!!
- bdullea5: Oh, & the reason I can't save my debit card to my account, is because it says they are having technical issues which has been going on for months now!!! There is no other way to contact them except for emailing them or calling them which both are useless!!!
