While I have striven to purge everything Google from my life, I kept this app as it is the best free translation app I am aware of. Since Google doesn't make money from this app I can use it in good conscience. It's ironic that a company opposed to free speech has a great app for helping people with different backgrounds speak to one another.

كانت هنالك خيارات أخرى لترجمة النص بالكاميرا لكنها غير متوفرة على أجهزة هواوي، المتوفر خيار واحد فقط وهو الترجمة الفورية. كيف أحصل على الترجمة بالصور؟

New update won't work anymore on any Huawei, XiaoMi or phone that can't use Google Play/Game because good old Google decided to make this app only useable by downloading directly from Google Play and login using gmail then can use latest version without crashing... If you wanne use this still, you can still use it by downloading old early-September version
- Aimen Shelly: Thank you I follow your advice. Early September version just works fine in my Huawei nova 7i. But the further versions, are not working. Maybe as you said Gmail serves is mandatory for it to work.
