I play this game daily,logging in multiple times a day,also spend real money on it,however since the last update I cannot open the app. It is constantly stuck on 50% loading and it won't move. This is really upseting,as your advice when one has issue is to use Help feature ingame. Well,how to use it when I cant even open the game???? Be so kind to assisst.
