RedGPS Tracker is used in corporate environments as well as among friends or family:

This application is not designed to track people without their consent. If the tracker is running it will always show an icon in the status bar. Please do not submit requests to hide the icon. The icon will remain visible for security reasons.

In case of problems, generate a ticket from the application and the help desk will contact you. For the correct operation of the same it is necessary that your device has an IMEI number with which it will be identified on the RedGPS platform.
