The Relational Discipleship Network (RDN) is a faith-based missions organization dedicated to supporting churches in their mission to make disciples of Jesus. We accomplish our mission relationally through coaching, training, and online community groups.

What is the RDN is about?…

Mission and Purpose:

Our primary purpose is to assist churches in the vital task of making disciples of Jesus. Discipleship involves helping individuals grow in their faith, understanding, and commitment to Christ. This is an essential component of Christian ministry and a means of fulfilling the Great Commission. (Matthew 28:16-20)

Relational Approach:

A key distinguishing feature of the RDN is its relational approach to discipleship. Instead of merely providing resources or curriculum, we focus on building and nurturing relationships. These relationships often involve coaching, mentoring, and connecting with like-minded individuals within the network. (Proverbs 27:17, 1 Thessalonians 2:8, Hebrews 10:24-25)

Coaching:

We offer coaching services to churches and their leaders. This involves experienced mentors and coaches working closely with church leaders to provide guidance, advice, and support in developing effective discipleship strategies. Coaching is tailored to help churches shift their church to create a disciple making culture. (2 Timothy 2:2, Proverbs 15:22)

Training:

We provide training opportunities for church leaders and members. This training equips individuals with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary for effective discipleship. Training may cover a range of topics, including a DiscipleShift1 experience, leadership development, and practical strategies for disciple making. (Ephesians 4:11-12, 2 Timothy 2:2, Proverbs 9:9)

Online Community Groups:

We leverage the power of digital platforms to create online ministry-specific community groups. These groups serve as a virtual space where individuals from various churches can connect, exchange insights, and support one another in their discipleship journey. It provides a platform for collaboration and learning across geographical boundaries. (Hebrews 10:24-25, 1 Corinthians 12:12-14, Proverbs 27:17)

Resources:

We help develop and curate discipleship resources, such as study materials, books, and multimedia content to aid churches in disciple making. These resources are designed to align with the RDN’s relational approach. (Proverbs 2:6, Proverbs 1:5, 2 Timothy 3:16-17)

Networking and Collaboration:

We encourage networking and collaboration among churches and church leaders. By connecting like-minded individuals and congregations, RDN fosters a sense of unity and shared purpose in the mission of making disciples. (Ephesians 4:3, Romans 15:5-6, Phillipians 2:2-4)
