Pocket School app is mainly designed to automate the routine tasks for a teacher and enables communication between teacher and Students/Parents. The management can view Graphical reports on a single click.

STUDENT/PARENT Login:

1. View attendance: Get real-time attendance notifications as soon as attendance is published by the school/ college.

2. Notifications & Voice SMS: Never miss another message from your School/College. Get real-time announcements and voice messages from your teachers on single click.

3. Download study material: Get details of Class-work and Assignments for the day even if the student didn’t go to the school/college.

4. Online fee pay: No need to stand in long queues to deposit school fees. Pay all school fees straight from the app. All your receipts will be readily available in the app itself.

5.Time Table: Real–time updates about daily time table with timings.

6. Result: Don’t be caught unawares! Get result of your ward along with class average and highest score for full analysis.

7. Send Feedback: Send a message to the teachers who teach your ward. No need to visit the school or wait on phone to speak to the teacher. Connect anytime!

TEACHER Login:

1. Mark & view attendance: Forget paper registers and manual compilation of attendance. Teachers can take attendance directly from their app. It reduces the time and you will get real-time reports automatically.

2. Create announcement & Voice SMS : Teacher can send Text/Voice messages to entire class, a group of students or an individual student. Teachers can send messages to each other too.

3. Upload study material :Teachers can share homework and classwork from the teacher panel itself. Can send a variety of files as attachments too!

4. Apply for leave: Writing a Leave Application to the principal is super easy with this ready-to-use Leave Application functionality. Also, Teachers will get notification about leave approval from principal.

5. Salary slip:A salary slip is a document issued by your school/college to you. It contains a detailed description of the employee’s salary components.

6.Feedback: Feedback module of the app allows teachers to receive all the feedback from parents with just one tap

ADMIN Login: -

1.Total student and Staff counter: Get real-time visibility into students and staff strength for every year.

2. Monitor all Reports:Get complete graphical report on Admission, Academic, Attendance, Placements, Fee and Inventory as well.

3. Create announcement:Admin can send a message to the staff members from Pocket School app. No need for a separate communication platform for staff.

4. Employee leave approval:Forget Paper and manual leave applications from teachers. Admin can approve leave applications quickly from their app.

5.Feedback status: All feedback sent by the students or parents to the teachers can be seen in one go on the Feedback wall.

TRUSTEE Login: -

1. Admission Report: Senior management of organization reserves the right to get complete graphical report on admission.

2. Placement Report: The overall status of a student’s placement report can be reviewed by the management members of college.

3. Fee Report: Daily reports keep management updated on fees collected.

4. Inventory report: Accurate, up-to-date and relevant inventory management reports will allow management to discover trends, identify weaknesses and strengths, and fill gaps and inefficiencies. Using these insights, management can take steps to grow profitably while eliminating wasted time and resources.
