  Open Vpn and Korea Vpn both on play store they sync with each other. Technically El Chronicle is only available in Korea and Canada only that's why you have to side step there servers.

  Really? Hopefully they aren't blocking the beta I've downloaded 3 times that way. I just have to make sure its all connected before I launch the game. Then it will bypass the loading screen.
