yeah my character is gone. refunded my money and uninstalled.

Because the same thing happened with me and I don't approved of that. If you have username and password and you remember what your username and password is your game is safe i can see if you are under the main area

I hate that too what I do to prevent that is by username and password under snail and that's all folks
