Doesn't work!

It doesn't work for google play and it doesn't work here! I try to download millions of times and all I get is "X App nit installed. " It made me delete my apps for nothing! Please fix or tell me what to do to fix it!

I got it to download and my sister plays it to if it does not work try the appstore
