LBPT is the online web and mobile solution to help you on your entire fitness journey. LBPT is simply a window, on one side the ""Fitness professional"". The professional enrolls you though the LBPT System, completing all necessary online forms, goals/targets and then creates your custom exercise/nutrition programmes. These are all updated via the mobile/web application where it is presented to you to complete as scheduled. You update your Virtual Trainer through the application where he/she tracks your progress and keeps your programs in line and adapts accordingly.
