Adam Selmi I'm a passionate hardworking trainer who will give his all with guaranteed results. I ensure all my clients have specialised, tailored training and nutritional programmes to get the best results. My sessions are fun but don't be fooled, they're also challenging. Through years of experience I'll help better my clients not only physically but mentally. I'm always available to answer questions or queries related to the gym, training and/or nutrition. A few of my work achievements: I'm a competition coach who has successfully prepped my client helping her achieve her PRO status becoming a Miami PRO PRO figure model. I've also trained a young lady who competes for team GB in athletics (400 metres hurdles) at just the tender age of 16. Another achievement of mine is I've trained a man who weighed 120kg at the start of us training to then weighing a fantastic 78kg in less than five months.
