Article 2: The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Customer due to the Customer's violation of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages incurred by the Customer due to the Customer having other application software running while using the Service.

3. The Company shall not be liable for the restoration of the Customer's data or information related to the Service in the event of its loss.

4. (Prohibited acts)

Article 3 Customers must not engage in the following acts when using the Service.

(1) Any acts that violate laws and regulations

(2) Any acts that falsely state the existence of an affiliation or cooperative relationship with the Company or a third party

(3) Any acts of redistribution, loaning, or selling the Service to others

(4) Any acts of decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or other analyses or adaptations of the Service

(5) Any acts of transferring or loaning the status, rights, or obligations of a Customer to a third party

(6) Any acts of providing benefits to or cooperating with antisocial forces

(7) Any acts that attempt any of the acts listed above, any acts similar to any of the acts listed above, any acts that may fall under any of the acts listed above, or any acts that fall under any of the acts listed above (including cases where such acts are being performed by others) and any acts of informing others of the posting location of any text or data, etc.

(Intellectual property rights)

Article 4: All copyrights, patents, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights (including the right to obtain patents, utility model registrations, design registrations, and trademark registrations) and all other intellectual property rights and other rights related to all information, software, programs, trademarks, trade names, or technologies associated therewith, related to the Service, belong to the Company or licensors who have granted the rights to the Company, and the Customer shall not reproduce, transfer, lend, translate, modify, reprint, automatically transmit to the public (including making transmittable), transmit, distribute, publish, use for business, etc., without permission.

2. The Company grants the Customer a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

3. The Company does not guarantee, and shall not bear any responsibility for, the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.

(Personal Information)

Article 5: The Company shall handle personal information appropriately in accordance with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and the "Personal Information Protection Policy" and "Handling of Personal Information" separately stipulated by the Company.

(Response to Customers)

Article 6: Support provided by the Company to Customers regarding the Service shall be in Japanese.

2. Customers shall contact or inquire with the Company only by the methods specified by the Company.

(General Provisions)

Article 7: In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the Company in relation to the Service, both parties shall negotiate in good faith.

2. If the matter is not resolved through negotiation between the two parties as set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance with jurisdiction depending on the amount of the claim.

3. Even if any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid due to infringement of the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws, the other parts shall be valid to the maximum extent not contrary to the same.

4. These Terms and Conditions and all legal relations related thereto shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
